Biography

Dr. Walling received her diploma in Nursing from The Charles E. Gregory School of Nursing, a Bachelor’s of Science from Rutgers, College of Nursing, a Master of Science in Critical Care Nursing from Rutgers University Graduate School and a post Master degree, from Rutgers where she pursued course work in health disparities and gerontology. She received her doctorate from Frontier Nursing University with projects on violence intervention and palliative care.

Her areas of expertise and clinical practice are trauma, violence prevention, intimate partner violence, and palliative care. Ms. Walling holds a certificate in Integrative Healing Arts from the Birch Tree Center for Healthcare Transformation, is Reiki first degree, and a Yoga Nidra guide.

Mama of Heidi & son-in-law Nick, Danny & daughter-in-law Suzie, David & daughter-in-law Jess and Nana of Alexandra.
