Biography

Angela Grubbs received her BSN in 2008 and her DNP in 2012 from the University of Kentucky. She is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Midwives and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She also serves as Faculty Counselor on the Delta Psi At Large Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau.

Dr. Grubbs began working for the college in 2015 as the project director on the HRSA grant for the MedVet to BSN option. She is currently an assistant professor teaching in both the undergraduate and graduate programs. She works as a family nurse practitioner in the Diagnosis, Wellness, and Prevention Clinic at the College of Dentistry.
