Improving Access to Pediatric Healthcare in Frontier Regions Through the Use of Innovative Technology Solutions

Home / Projects / Improving Access to Pediatric Healthcare in Frontier Regions Through the Use of Innovative Technology Solutions

This project will propose a novel use of telemedicine technology to both improve access for families as well as collaborative options for the 121 Montana pediatricians across the state.

By integrating the model into their network’s existing practices they will improve the Culture of Health for children and also strengthen the pediatric medical home.

The scale of a collaborative community of providers will allow them to do together what they can’t do alone: improve equity of access to quality pediatrics, alleviate strain caused by physician shortage, and build support for practicing pediatricians.
