Biography

I am a native Washingtonian, born and raised in Seattle, and residing in rural Okanogan county, near the Cascade mountains. I have worked in the mental health field for 24 years and appreciate serving my community in a collaborative clinic setting that integrates behavioral health services into patient care.

I am married and have four grandchildren, for whom I am very grateful. I like being outdoors, especially in the mountains, hiking and swimming or simply being. I begin each day with a mindfulness practice that includes gratitude and meditation.
