Ruben Fernandez is the president of Fast Track Leadership, Inc., which produces, runs, and supports programs that specialize in leadership development for public sector organizations, public-health and health care-related business, and academic institutions. A teacher, executive coach, and attorney, he coaches leaders and provides leadership support services in several award-winning leadership development programs including the Food System Leadership institute (FSLI) and the Maternal and Child Health Public Health Leadership Institute (MCHPHLI). Ruben is certified in over two dozen assessment tools in his leadership work. As an attorney Ruben helps closely held corporations manage change. He counsels business leaders in change strategies, and succession planning, including the legal, corporate, and interpersonal ramifications of their decisions. He is licensed to practice in the Federal and NC Court systems. Ruben runs the nationally acclaimed Fast Track Leadership Intensive in Chapel Hill, NC, and is the Co-Author of It-Factor Leadership: Become a better leader in 13 steps.
