Kathy Donnald is the Deputy Director for Onsite Education for Clinical Scholars. This initiative is funded through the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and offers leadership development training and funding to multi-disciplinary clinician teams who are seeking to change the culture of health in their community and across the county. Ms. Donnald has over 10 years of experience in program management and event planning. She came to the University of North Carolina 5 years ago, as the Program Administrator with the National Program Office of the previous iteration of the Clinical Scholars Program. Prior to coming to the University of North Carolina, she worked as Program Coordinator at the University of Connecticut Health Center for the Connecticut Institute for Clinical and Translational Science (CICATS). This initiative works to bring stakeholders together to eliminate health care disparities and integrate services between UCONN and the community. Ms. Donnald earned her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University and received her bachelor’s degree from Hood College.
