Clinical Scholars seeks interdisciplinary teams of 3-5:

Licensed health care providers

Clinical Scholars Fellows are skilled, mid-to-advanced career health care providers who come together across settings and disciplines to advance a Culture of Health—one that enables everyone in the United States and territories to live longer, healthier lives.

Who care for patients, train, or supervise other providers

Our Fellows care deeply about the world and about people. They see a gap between where we are and where we could be. They have declared that something must change—and that they must help create that change.

Commit to develop as equity-minded leaders

Our Fellows know working to create change at a societal level is not a short-term game. It is about taking action today and every day undeterred by the fact that the big payoff may be years or even generations away. Committed change leaders continually ask questions, solve problems, and keep moving forward.

Collaborate across disciplines with communities

Our Fellows understand it’s not about the talents of the leader that gets big things accomplished; it’s the collective wisdom of the many people they enlist to bring their gifts and talents to bear. The vision of a Culture of Health is similar—it’s big, bold and thorny, and not one person or organization alone can get us there.

Does this sound like you? Applications open every January.
