Use MyRWJF to collect your applicant organization information, team member information, short video, project narrative, budget, resumes/CVs, personal statements, and letters of reference.
You must submit everything in the online system before or by the deadline to be considered.
All submitted applications are screened and those that meet all eligibility requirements are reviewed by an external team to determine semi-finalists.
The National Advisory Committee (NAC) convene to decide which top-scoring applications will advance to the interview phase.
Panels including NAC members conduct interviews with semi-finalist teams, review scores, and make recommendations for finalists.
Up to 35 individuals (about 8-10 teams) can be selected each year as Clinical Scholars Fellows.
After all finalist documentation is completed and approved, the selected teams begin the onboarding process.
Program and Funding Begins
The first year of grant funding is awarded and the leadership development curriculum begins.
The new cohort of Clinical Scholars Fellows will meet for their first week of learning along with the two other cohorts in the program.
